Licenses & Certifications
Novum Home Services holds all applicable contractor licenses and insurance required to operate in every state we serve. All Novum technicians are background-checked, trained, and supervised by licensed trade professionals.
Insurance
All Novum operations are covered by comprehensive general liability insurance (minimum $2 million per occurrence) and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request before any job begins.
State-specific licensing
Contractor licensing requirements vary significantly by state and trade. Novum maintains licenses in each jurisdiction where it operates and updates them as we expand to new service areas. If you need to verify our license number for a specific state and trade before booking, contact us and we'll provide the information within one business day.
Background checks
Every Novum employee who enters a customer's home undergoes a national criminal background check before their first day and annually thereafter.
