• Booking requests: name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, and a description of the job you need done.
• Communications: emails, chat messages, or calls you initiate with us.

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and dispatch a Novum crew for your job
• Communicate with you about your booking, quote, and completed work
• Contact you by phone to confirm your booking, quote, and completed work
• Improve the Novum website, service catalog, and dispatch process
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers or lead-generation networks.

4. How we share your information

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Companies that help us operate (payment processing, cloud hosting). These vendors are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services on our behalf.
